• For:

  •  Senior resident: $1000 award 

  •  Junior resident/intern: $500 award 

Application Requirements: 

1. Must be of Filipino or Filipino-American descent.

2. Actively in a PM&R residency.

3. US citizen

4. Engaged and impactful in community.

5. Exhibit ties to the Filipino-American community

Application Process: 

1. Submit Updated CV

2. Submit Personal Statement with the following reflection:

   1. Describe how your Filipino heritage has influenced your career path in physiatry and your commitment to community service.

   2. Reflect on why you deserve the scholarship and on your community engagement in the context of being of Filipino heritage and being a physiatrist.

3. US citizen

4. Engaged and impactful in community.

5. Exhibit ties to the Filipino-American community
